In this section you can watch how our devices work.

However, some videos are older, some of them even very old (starting around the year 2oo3 !). Fortunately, most of the recordings were sent to us by customers. They are published in original and left unchanged

Please listen the sound in the videos, it´s the original sound. This machine is extremely quiet, you hardly hear anything…

7. Machine Nr 15, “Big-Benz” – easy production  

In the beginning you can see a very short test from 2017. It should be checked whether the nut/chocolate mix from a nut ball manufacturer runs smoothly through the machine. Feeding the dough sausage was no problem, the result of the rolled 26mm balls was perfect.

Following is an excerpt of one of our convenient fully automatic 18mm boilie productions. We sometimes use an additional running conveyor belt instead of the ramp, because we also produce boilies in our special shape (so-called “UFOs”), which can be transported away with this additional conveyor more easily.

A very old clip, pure nostalgia, made towards the end of our first pioneering period!
This unfortunately blurry video is dated at 2003, with “Pretty Belinda” playing as the background music… 😉
Production was done with one of our old combi-machines. Not perfect round and not as fast as it´s possible now, but very simple…
