By developing our “Profi-Machines” we made several changes to our “normal” Kugel-Benz-Machines. All these changes were made in order to improve the circular shape of the boilies as well as making the process of rolling boilies more convenient.

No other common boiliemachine and no boiliemachine with a curved panel can roll as quick and as round as our “Profi-Kugel-Benz” can.

“Profi-Kugel-Benz” – machines are bigger and more heavy than our “Kugel-Benz” machines. You can be sure that you will hardly find another boiliemachine all over the world which can produce such round boilies more quick !

The boilies producced with this machine are really round!

We produce standard-rolls for “Profi-Kugel-Benz”-Machines in groove-diameters of 9/10/12/14/16/18/20/22/24 and 30mm.

A machine like Nr 8, but equipped with a bigger and stronger engine and a frequency converter. You can regulate up and down the speed of the rolls – as long as you think it´s the right speed for your mix.

The weight of this boiliemachine is about 45 kg, the dimensions ( L/B/H ) are about 75/35/33cm.

This engine/converter and base can be swapped between several machines in one minute, without using any tool
