After making several tests with common extruders we had decided to equip our types of extruders with a much bigger auger/gear, this causes a significant better input ! 

For stronger pastes we choosed a better/stronger engine than normally usual

Also we decided to offer a second version, equipped with an additional button for turning the direction of the gear. 

Certainly it´s possible to controll the speed of the sausage coming out, by a high-quality speed-controller (Hitachi)

. 

Boilie-Benz Extruders are available in two variants:

• Variant 1: Extruder equipped with big gear, additional mixing axe, additional front-engine and automatic shutdown
• Variant 2: Extruder like before, but with additional button to turn the direction of rotation of the gear

Our extruders are built with polished, stainless steel, contend is about 60 ltr
