Automatic Conveyor Nr 2\u00a0 incl. Moving-Belt and Lasercontolled Cutter<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The system is specially designed for Boilie-Benz equipment so that it fits all our machines with 48cm roller length.<\/p>\n

Our conveyor belt (best suitable for productions from 14mm up to 26mm diameter) can be easily changed back and forth between all machines.
\nHandling is completely unproblematic: simply remove it and place it on another machine and you’re ready to go…
\nNothing needs to be screwed or attached to the boilie machine, it takes less than 5 seconds to move it![spacer height=\"1rem\"]<\/p>\n

– Automatic and compression-free feeding of the dough sausages, even with smaller diameters.<\/p>\n

– The speed of the travelling conveyor belt is infinitely variable (making it particularly suitable for finer and softer doughs!)<\/p>\n

– Laser-controlled cutting of the dough sausages triggered by a high-quality light barrier (made by Wenglor) and pneumatically driven throwing arm.<\/p>\n

– The push works alternately in both directions, to the left and to the right.<\/p>\n

-The dough sausages roll through a hopper device mounted underneath the belt, precisely guided and stretched for further processing between the boilie machine rollers<\/p>\n

– The entire conveyor belt is perfectly adapted to Boilie-Benz Boiliemachines, caused and coordinated to 4 rubberised legs.<\/p>\n

– Easy handling is guaranteed, caused by the perfect fit directly on our covers – no tools are required to fit the conveyor belt or to move it between the machines![spacer height=\"1rem\"]<\/strong><\/p>\n
