Paste-Extruder<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Boilie-Benz controllable Paste-Extruders are not only suitable for boilie productions, but also ideal for other food productions.
We can offer two variants of extremely stable, big extruders both build of polished, stainless steel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Variant 1: Extruder equipped with big gear, additional mixing axe, additional front-engine and automatic shutdown<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Variant 2: like before, but with additional button to turn the direction of rotation of the gear (forewards\/backwards)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our black front panel is made of food-grade plastic and designed for yellow nozzles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For working with common pastes we choosed a strong engine (useable with 220 Volt). Certainly it\u00b4s possible to controll the speed of the sausage coming out by both variants, by a high-quality speed-controller (Hitachi)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-controllable exit speed
-equipped with an extra large gear\/screw
-with additional front-engine and additional internal mixing shaft<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All extruders are generally built with an automatic switch-off device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lid must always be kept closed during operation; filling takes place continuously through a conveniently closable opening in the cover. You can continuously fill the extruder with paste, there is no stop of production necessary during producing your boilies …<\/p>\n\n\n\n
