Boilie-Benz is the oldest boilie-machine manufacturer in the world, by far with the most experience in building boiliemachines. We do not sell just half-devices made from frames with attached rolls or wobbly imitation products. We only sell fully assembled, seriously boilie machines, developed by ourselves, and protected by patents. Devices from Boilie-Benz therfore also have a high resale value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seal of Quality: <\/b><\/mark><\/span>Our machines are built by using only the best materials, they are completely matured and already have been tried and tested thousands of times. As proof of quality and conformity we have executed the legally required conformity assessment procedure for all of our boiliemachines :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engines and Converters used by Boilie-Benz <\/strong> :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have been using the same angular geared engines with four different power levels for all our boiliemachines and extruders since the year 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engine-Sizes :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Huge\/heavy\/bulky (and therefore cheap) motors are just as pointless as small windscreen wiper motors for a boilie machine. Windscreen wiper motors are completely unsuitable – even with very soft pastes they only last about two weeks…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our engines are precisely tailored to our devices and are characterised by a solid, compact size.
However, all motors have very high torques and are therefore extremely powerful.
They work very quietly, the operations of our boiliemachines therefore are most silent, also due to the precise adjustment of the respective motorisation to the machines!
Our engine-selection ultimately enables very quiet, low-noise boilie productions.
We have been working with the same motors for more than 25 years now, without the slightest problem, they run for a lifetime \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • For all our devices (boilie machines and extruders) we only use high-quality frequency inverters from Hitachi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Interchangeable Engine-System:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The \u2018Interchangeable-Engine-System\u2019 was developed by us beginning in 2001, using this system your productions can be expanded quickly and cost-effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    One of our best ideas<\/strong> that will help you save a lot of time !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Below you can see a video about our worldwide unique \u2018interchangeable engine system\u2019 (here to see by a Profi-Benz Machine Nr 9 with frequency converter).
    The idea was born at the beginning of 2001, but we published and realised it a few years later for series production in response to a special customer request.
    Meanwhile many users have realised that this system is more stable compared to the roller changes that used to be standard. Our system is also much faster in using (only about 1 minute – no tools necessary !) and much more stable for boiliemachines :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
